India might launch its Chandrayaan 1 probe in July. While there is no official words out from ISRO, but spaceflight.com presents this view.

Launch site: Satish Dhawan Space Center, Sriharikota, India
India's Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) will send the Chandrayaan 1 spacecraft to the moon. It will be country's first lunar orbiter. The mission carries a slate of instruments provided by scientists from India, Bulgaria, the European Space Agency and NASA. Delayed from April.
